beta 等候名單表格會在 Airtable 開啟，只應收集家長意向資料，例如家長姓名、電郵、可選 WhatsApp 或電話、小朋友級別 K1-P6、主要功課痛點、接收 beta 更新同意及私隱確認。
The beta waitlist form opens in Airtable and should ask only for parent interest details such as parent name, email, optional WhatsApp or phone, child level K1-P6, main homework pain point, beta update consent, and privacy acknowledgement.
表格不應要求小朋友全名、學校名稱、功課相片、兒童身份證明文件、班別、老師姓名或學校文件。
The form should not ask for child full name, school name, homework photos, child ID numbers, class details, teacher names, or school documents.
